Except Boarded Training Full Refund If Training Has Not Started. No Refunds After Completed Training. Payment Must Be Received Before Training Date Is Set.
REFUND POLICY
At Dogtownmaryland, we want to ensure you are aware of our refund policy to provide you with the
best service possible. Here are the details:
- You are eligible for a complete refund if payment was made and no Private Lessons or Boarded Training was started.
- Please note that no refunds are available if training was started for either Private lessons or Boarded Training.
- In the event that lessons were not completed, they cannot be transferred to another person if your dog was adopted or sold to someone else.
- For package deals of 3 lessons, full payment is required before the start date of the first lesson.
- If you opt for a single private lesson, half of the payment is required before starting, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
- For boarded training, half of the payment is required before starting, with the balance payable upon completion of the training.
- Please be advised that we only accept cash payments via check; credit cards are not accepted at this time.
